Bill2Pay offers you different online solutions that are tailored to your particular needs. With Bill2Pay's online solution all credit/debit cards and e-check payments are accepted. If you do not have an existing web payments solution, we offer a turn-key solution – ready to go. This solution can be a standalone application without any integration, or we can use a file that you provide to Bill2Pay for looking up payment information. Alternately, if you have your own web payments application, Bill2Pay offers real-time posting of payment information via Application Programming Interface (API) or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) / Web Service interface. Bill2Pay also offers a fully customized Web Payments Application.

Turn-Key Web Payment Processing Solution

Our turn-key online solution is branded to your webpages. Bill2Pay will build a branded secure payments website that will take the customer through the payment flow, a payment entry screen, payment confirmation and receipt screen. The payment webpages will be customized to your requirements and will have the "look and feel" of your webpage. Both credit/debit card and e-check payments are accepted. The payments are approved in real-time and will post in real-time into Bill2Pay's Client Administration Tool. In the event that you do not have your own webpage, we will take online payments though Bill2Pay's web payments portal. This payment solution can be built in as little as two weeks since there is no integration into your accounts receivable management system. If you can provide us with a file, we can offer Bill Presentment with our turn-key online solution. It will be possible to display the dollar amount owed, customer name, and any other relevant information required. Once the payment has been approved, Bill2Pay has the ability to generate an output file, which you will use to update your accounts receivable system.

Bill2Pay offers you the option to code to our API Specification document, or Bill2Pay will code according to your specifications. This solution provides a real-time interface between your records/accounts receivable management system and Bill2Pay. Credit/debit card transactions and e-check transaction are posting back in real-time. The advantage to this solution is that once a customer makes a payment and it is approved, it will post immediately. There is no delay like you would have with a file solution. Furthermore, it is automated with no manual upload of a data file needed.

Bill2Pay will also custom design and develop web payment solutions for you. These will include completely customized online payments pages with or without integration into your Accounts Receivable management systems. Bill Presentment, recurring payments, digital wallets and shopping carts are all part of this customization.
