Customers Can Set Up Their Own Profiles
Bill2Pay Solutions offer the option to allow your customers to set up their own online account and manage their own customer profile.
Schedule and Recurring Payments
Users then can schedule payments and set up recurring payments, a feature especially convenient for bills that occur on a monthly basis, like utility and insurance bills.
Digital Wallet
Bill2Pay's customer's profile also include a digital wallet feature allowing the user to store up to three payment devices (Credit/debit cards or Checking Account for e-check payments).
E-mail notifications
Once a scheduled payment has been processed, an e-mail will be sent to the customer's profile e-mail address.
Customers also have the option to receive an e-mail notification every time that a new bill is posted. When the customer selects this option, the bill is not automatically paid. The customer should log into their account in order to initiate the payment.
